Lesson Plan Authoring & Database The Lesson Plan Authoring & Database is a powerful tool that enables online creation, reviewing, sharing, and saving of lesson plans using structured forms. Lesson plans can be linked to District, State and National Curriculum Standards and Knowledge-Suite Resources that match those Standards and readily available. Lesson plans can even be exported to the Teacher Planbook in a few quick steps. |

Viewing and Using Existing PlansThe Lesson Plan Authoring & Database is fully indexed and it is straightforward to search for an existing plan that matches what you are trying to accomplish. This is an excellent way to brainstorm! Plans can also be duplicated and then modified (see next section) in order to better reflect your particular needs. There are two ways to access the Lesson Plan Authoring & Database resource. The first is by using the Quest-all meta-search and the second is by clicking on the Lesson Plan circle from the Knowledge-Suite homepage. If you plan on using the authoring or reviewing tools it is important that you enter the resource by actually clicking on the Lesson Plan circle. As we have seen above in the Quest-all section, Quest-all meta-searching is a powerful research tool that allows you to search many different resources at the same time and create a bibliography but it will not allow you to take advantage of all of the individual functions of each of the sections.
